EW Facility Services recruitment system ready for the future
New recruitment site
23 April 2012 - EW Facility Services has completely revamped www.werkenbijew.nl, its recruitment site for cleaning staff. Not only have the look and feel changed, the entire recruitment system was critically reviewed, and after some thorough restructuring it is now ready for the future.
Recruitment project group
More than a year ago, an internal project group started a study into how to improve the EW Facility Services recruitment system. Important questions included how to improve efficiency of the application process, and how to improve communication with our target group in order to attract high-quality applicants. This quickly resulted in the acquisition and implementation of CONNEXYS, a recruitment database system, and segmentation of target groups into success profiles.
New recruitment website
The new recruitment site, www.werkenbijew.nl, which is live now, is the icing on the cake. EW Facility Services has decided to use its own staff in the pictures. Each person on the website represents a success profile employee. In terms of corporate identity, the site is in line with the corporate website. The web designers of Onstuimig of Amersfoort are responsible for the design of the new site. Site-Supply of Arnhem is responsible for the CMS system. The texts and pictures were all provided by EW Facility Service, as is the tradition.
