Binnen onze organisatie werken wij met het online personeelsportaal MijnEW. Daar vind je alles wat je wilt weten over jouw dienstverband bij EW Facility Services. Je ondertekent via MijnEW ook jouw arbeidsovereenkomst. Daarom is het van belang dat je een account aanmaakt voor MijnEW.

Hieronder vind je de instructies hoe je een account aanmaakt,  inlogt en jouw arbeidsovereenkomst tekent.

1. Maak een account aan voor MijnEW – klik hier.
2. Log in – klik hier.
3. Onderteken jouw arbeidsovereenkomst – klik hier.

Zodra jouw gehele indiensttreding is verwerkt, ontvang je van ons een aparte e-mail met je persoonlijke inlogcodes voor H.appy en waar je de app kunt vinden. Vanaf dat moment kan je de app gebruiken. De instructie voor het installeren van H.appy op je telefoon vind je alvast hier.

Within our organization we work with the online HR-portal MijnEW. In MijnEW you can find everything you want to know about your employment at EW Facility Services. Here you can check your pay slip, contract and most important correspondence. You can also change your personal details here.

You also sign your employment contract via MijnEW. That is why it is important that you create an account for this portal.

Once your entire employment has been processed, you will receive a separate email from us with your personal login codes for H.appy and where to find the app. From that moment on, you can use the app. The instructions on how to install H.appy on your phone can already be found by clicking here.
