Welcome

Welcome

There’s a lot coming your way in the next few days. You will be working with new systems, working methods and colleagues. We can imagine that sometimes you forget something. To help you with this, on this page you will find all kinds of information about our merging into one organisation, what is involved and useful instructions to support you. Do you have any questions about this? Go to your manager for help or contact our district office.

In the video on the right, trainer Anke Mulder will give you a glimpse inside our organization. Bas, Yvonne and Frans also have a message for you.

Email from your ew-mail as of 15 June

The transition to the name EW Facility Services also means that you will definitely switch to using your ew-mail address. We can imagine that after 15 June you will still receive e-mails at your old e-mail address. For this there are a few actions you can take:

  1. Notify your contacts of your new email address.
  2. Forward emails to your new email address.
You can forward e-mails received at your old e-mail address to your new e-mail address. You just have to set this up yourself. The instructions for this can be found here.
  3. Set an Out of Office.
Set an out of office at your old e-mail address. This will let your contacts know that you have a new e-mail address and they will no longer use your old e-mail address. We have created a sample text for this. You can find the instruction in the same instruction, click here.
Example text Out of Office:

Dear relation,

On 15 June Hendriks Hotel Services, Hotel Cleaning Company and EW Facility Services joined forces and our three organisations continued together under the name EW Facility Services. This means that this mail address will no longer be read out. You can reach me at my new e-mail address: [here’s your new ew-mail address].

Kind regards,

As three companies together, we currently have 4658 colleagues. That’s quite a few! We don’t have to deal with everyone directly, but look forward to getting to know everyone. Who is who and who does what?

The video’s are in Dutch, but hopefully you can still get an impression:
