The EW Service Award from EW Facility Services is an annual award where the multi- service facility services provider seeks out the best performing teams within their organisation. They divide them into two categories: Hotels and Offices, High-Traffic & Healthcare. Three teams are nominated per category for the EW Service Award, and then a final winner is announced. With such a wide range of clients and teams, a nomination is something to be proud of. Over the past year, the nominated teams have proven that they excel in their work and as a team. EW Facility Services created the award to be critical to its own services, but showing appreciation for the dedication and enthusiasm of their employees is an equally important part of this award.
Important criteria for the award are cooperation, involvement, quality, and the contribution that the team makes to the end user experience. The decision is made using interviews with the client and managers, quality control scores, item scans & experience measurements and the contribution of the team to the company's results. The teams were neck and neck this year, so the jury's job is not as easy as it used to be.
In the Hotels category, the Hotel Blooming team impressed with the way the team cooperates with each other and especially with Hotel Blooming employees. They show and prove every day that they do everything to make it feel like home, with each team member bringing their own personal approach. In the Offices, High-Traffic & Healthcare category, the IKEA Amersfoort team's high level of excellence, not only in cleaning, but also in their flexibility, cooperation with the client, and manager involvement, helped them turn their nomination into an award.
