Our H.appy app is renewed! With this new version we create access to our brand new online employee portal MijnEW.

How to install? Just a little bit different than usual.

The installation of this new version is different from a standard update.

Steps to take:

1. Apple users: Before you start, make sure you have the ITunes store on your phone. You can find it in the Apple App Store.
2. Go tot ew.dove.ef2.builders/happy to go to the download page.
3. Click on the button to go to your app store.
4. Download the app.
   a. For Android, this is done in the usual way.
   b. At Apple, this is a bit different than usual, because you have to get a redeem code by pressing the ‘Redeem’ or ‘Swap’ button. Then scan your fingerprint or enter your Apple ID. The app will then be downloaded and will automatically appear on your phone’s home screen.
   You log in with your existing login details. Logging in for the first time? Then click on the blue button ‘Login voor MEDEWERKERS’ and the blue button ‘I’m working on location’ and log in with:
   1. Your employee number – for example 1234567
   2. Happy + your year of birth – for example Happy1985
   Forgot your password? Send an e-mail to communicatie@ew.nl with your name , personel number and your date of birth and we will send you a new password in 2 working days.
5. Remove, if you have it, the old blue version from your Phone.
