Thursday, 27 May, we are organising another inspiration session. Around lunchtime (11:30-12:00) you can join us, possibly while enjoying a sandwich, and get inspired. In half an hour, we will update you on inspiring developments and innovations in the cleaning and facilities market. This time the theme is SMART building, data & cleaning.

Data for efficient building management

Smart building technologies offer interesting opportunities to improve buildings. In what ways can data be extracted from buildings and how can this data be converted into even better performing buildings? The first steps are already being taken with building-related systems and ICT solutions. Think of systems in the field of indoor climate, lighting and access and ICT solutions regarding location determination in a building and measuring utilisation and occupancy.

• After this inspiration session, you will know how smart buildings and data can help you as a facilities professional with your daily challenges.

Programme

During our upcoming inspiration session on 27 May from 11.30 to 12.00, colleague Rutger Verstegen and Joost Botman of OG Wijzer, an independent knowledge and information platform for the technical real estate professional, will look at these trends together. We will also zoom in on the possibilities for data driven cleaning. We will also give you a brief glimpse of the Clean&pay-per-use concept.
