Cleaning Housekeeping Appartments – Greystar Diemen

Wij bieden

• Gross hourly wage starting from €14.83, depending on your work experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks (13 payments per year)
• Travel allowance from 20 km per day at €0.14 per km
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% accrual of vacation hours and 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days for full-time employment, plus an extra day off on your birthday
• 8 months contract with 1 month prooftime
• Opportunity to obtain your SVS certificate (basic cleaning training)
• Training and development programs to grow into roles such as Supervisor or Team Leader

*Gross hourly wage applicable from age 20

Jouw baan

As a Cleaning Staff Member at Greystar Diemen, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. Your main responsibilities include:

• Cleaning apartments thoroughly according to company standards
• Ensuring a neat and hygienic living space
• Performing minor maintenance tasks when necessary
• Reporting any issues or concerns to your supervisor promptly

Work Schedule:

• 4 days a week, including at least 2 weekends per month
• Tussen 7am – 15pm

Jij bent

• Flexible availability and able to work 4 days per week between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM
• Able to work independently and speaks Dutch and/or English
• Detail-oriented and enjoys a clean environment
• Living in Diemen or the immediate surroundings

Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
