Hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor – Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam

• Salary between €16,70 and €18,44 gross per hour (from 20 years old)
• Salary paid every 4 weeks (13 payments per year)

Jouw baan

As a Hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor, you make sure the hotel looks perfect every single day together with your team. You support the housekeeping operation while actively helping with daily cleaning tasks when needed.

Your tasks include:

• Inspecting hotel rooms and public areas
• Guiding and motivating housekeeping employees
• Training and supporting new team members
• Assisting with cleaning duties during busy moments
• Monitoring quality and daily planning
• Communicating with reception and other hotel departments

Working hours

You will work flexible shifts & 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday:

• 07:00 – 15:00
• 09:00 – 17:00
• 10:00 – closing

Jij bent

• Experience in housekeeping is a must
• Experience in a supervisor role is a plus
• You speak English
• You are flexible and proactive
• You know how to motivate a team and keep overview
• You live in Amsterdam or nearby
