Housekeeping Supervisor – Hotel Park Plaza Victoria

Wij bieden

• A gross hourly wage starting from €16.70, depending on your work experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, so 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance from 20 km per day of €0.14 per kilometer
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% holiday hours and 5% end-of-year bonus
• 26 vacation days with a full-time contract and an extra day off on your birthday
• An 8-month employment contract with a 1-month probation period and the possibility of a permanent contract

Jouw baan

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you make sure the rooms and public areas are cleaned to a high standard, and that the housekeeping team can start the day with clarity, structure and good energy. You keep an overview of the daily planning, support the team on the floor and make sure everything is ready for the hotel guests.

Your tasks include:

• Checking hotel rooms and public areas
• Supporting and guiding room attendants
• Dividing daily tasks within the team
• Keeping contact with the housekeeping manager and hotel team
• Reporting technical defects or missing items
• Helping the team when needed
• Making sure our quality standards are met every day

Working days and hours

• Between 30 and 35 hours per week.
• The shifts can be:
  07:00 – 15:00 opening shift
  09:00 – 17:00 middle shift
  10:00 – closing, until the team is finished

Jij bent

• Available in the morning and afternoon
• Flexible and available to work during weekends
• Experienced in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role
• Speak English and/or Dutch
• Can work independently and accurately
• Living in Amsterdam or nearby
