Wij bieden

• Gross Hourly Wage Starting at €14.15, Depending on Work Experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, with a total of 13 payments per year
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10.5% accrual of vacation hours and a 5% year-end bonus
• 26 vacation days for a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday
• 8-month employment contract with a 1-month probation period and the possibility of a permanent contract
• Opportunity to earn your SVS Diploma (basic cleaning course)
• Training and development programs to advance into roles such as Supervisor or Lead Cleaner

Jouw baan

As part of our team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort our guests expect. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and tidying public areas, such as corridors and the reception.
• Handling clean and dirty linen efficiently and effectively.
• Assisting with other cleaning and housekeeping tasks to support our operations.

At Hotel Jan Luyken, you’ll be working with a small, close-knit team, mostly made up of employees from Romania, where English is the primary language spoken on the job. Knowledge of Dutch is not required, making this an ideal role for international applicants looking for a friendly and supportive work environment.

• Working days: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• Working hours: From 6am till 10am, with the possibility of working longer If you want to help cleaning the rooms

Jij bent

• Flexible availability and able to work weekends between 6 AM and 10 AM.
• Independent and speaks English.
• Detail-oriented and enjoys maintaining a clean environment.
• Resides in Amsterdam or the immediate surroundings.
• Experience in cleaning is a plus, but not required.
