• Gross hourly salary between €16.70 and €18.44, depending on experience
• Salary paid every 4 weeks (13 payments per year)

Jouw baan

As a Hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor, you support the team during daily operations, help maintain quality standards, and ensure guests walk into fresh, perfectly prepared rooms every day.

• Support and guide housekeeping employees during daily shifts
• Check cleaned rooms and public areas for quality and completeness
• Step in and assist with cleaning when needed
• Coordinate tasks together with the Housekeeping Manager
• Train new colleagues and help create a positive team atmosphere
• Ensure planning and productivity targets are met

This is a practical leadership role: you supervise and actively work along with the team.

Working schedule

• 30–35 hours per week
• 5 working days per week (including 2 weekends per month)
• Start time between 08:30 and 11:00
• Maximum 7.5 hours per shift

Jij bent

• Experience in hotel housekeeping
• Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role is a plus
• You are proactive and comfortable working alongside your team
• You speak English (Dutch is a plus)
• Available weekdays and weekends according to schedule
• Living in Amsterdam or nearby
