EW Facility Services finds partner for rollout of European strategy in Bencis
EW Facility Services today announced that the independent investment company Bencis Capital Partners is joining the Cire Facility Group as a shareholder of EW Facility Services. As well as Bencis, members of the EW Facility Services management team are also becoming shareholders. The details of the transaction have not been made public.
EW Facility Services serves clients in various markets in the Netherlands and Belgium with facility services. Hospitality has been the company’s core value since its foundation in 1990 by Eric Wentink. The company is the market leader in the hotel sector. With a total turnover of €87 million, it is sixth in the ranking of Dutch cleaning companies, with interests in operations in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
