EW Facility Services signs Inclusive Employment for Midden-Gelderland initiative
Everyone deserves a chance in the labour market. At EW Facility Services, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has held a central place in its corporate philosophy for years. From a social point of view and its people-oriented vision, EW Facility Services wants to reduce the distance to the labour market for vulnerable groups. This is why on September 8, the organization put its signature on the Inclusive Employment for Midden-Gelderland initiative, together with alderman Ine van Burgsteden of the municipality of Arnhem and a number of other employers from the region.
Doing is the best thinking
Nationally, agreements have been made about offering work to people with a work limitation. This is the 'jobs agreement' from the Sociaal Akkoord. What once started with a limited number of employers, including EW Facility Services, has now grown into the Inclusive Employment for Midden-Gelderland initiative. The motto 'Doing is the best thinking' still works perfectly and illustrates that we do not overthink everything and get stuck talking, but just get to work. We solve any obstacles while working.
