EW Facility Services starts work at the largest hotel in the Benelux

EW Facility Services has started to provide its services at the largest hotel in the Benelux: the new 4-star Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam. This week, both parties signed the agreement with which the collaboration was sealed. A collaboration in which EW Facility Services not only takes care of the cleaning of rooms, but also the general service, sanitary supplies and complete linen management and, where necessary, complements the stewarding team. In addition, the organisation will continue to take care of cleaning at Corendon Vitality Hotel Amsterdam in the coming years.

Long-term collaboration

Building good relations and a long-term partnership is what Corendon is looking for in its choice of cooperation partners. This is closely in line with the philosophy of EW Facility Services. "The successful cooperation at Corendon Vitality Hotel Amsterdam meant that Corendon decided not only to extend the cooperation with EW Facility Services at this hotel, but also to entrust the cleaning of the new Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam to the organisation.

Integrated concept

By taking care of multiple services at Corendon, EW Facility Services offers an integrated concept with a single point of contact and maximum attention to quality, continuity and hospitality. Rutger Verstegen, Sales Manager at EW Facility Services: "As the party ultimately responsible for the various services, we can optimally facilitate Corendon and provide service. Unique in this is the complete care of linen management. In addition to linen logistics, we are also responsible for washing and delivering the linen. Moreover, the pay per room concept is used, which means that Corendon pays one price per occupied room. This enables us to achieve flexibility and efficiency at Corendon."

Largest hotel in the Benelux

With no fewer than 680 rooms divided over three separate wings, Plaza, Apartments and Urban, Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam is the largest hotel in the Benelux. A unique hospitality concept in a central location in the immediate vicinity of Amsterdam. In addition to a normal hotel room, Corendon offers guests the possibility of a long-term stay in Apartments. Part of the Apartments wing will be used for this purpose. In addition, there are many facilities such as a cinema, swimming pool, gym, various restaurants and bars and a wellness centre.
