Kimberley Roersma: New Manager Business Development EW Facility Services
Creating Hospitality is what facility service provider EW Facility Services stands for. Exceeding the expectations of clients, employees and guests and thus contributing to the guest experience is something that the organisation is working on every day. Hospitality, operational excellence and flexibility are therefore important pillars of its philosophy. In order to continue to excel, EW Facility Services is continuously working on the development of its services. Kimberley Roersma has been appointed as Manager Business Development to give even more substance to this.
Kimberley is 27 years old and has a lot of experience in marketing new services. After obtaining her Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management she founded Mother Nature Cleans. Mother Nature Cleans wants to eliminate all daily cleaning products and replace them with stabilized ozone water. In the Netherlands EW Facility Services was the first cleaning service provider to use this new technology. During that time, the organisation has built a close cooperation with Kimberley. Recently Mother Nature Cleans sold part of its shares to Wecovi. Kimberley remains the director and strategically involved in Mother Nature Cleans, but this participation gives her room for further development and to take on new challenges. As Manager Business Development of EW Facility Services she will focus on monitoring and further developing the distinctive character of the organisation.
Kimberley: "Within EW Facility Services my passions hotel business and Facility Management come together perfectly. Facility management is one of the most important operational processes within organisations. Ultimately it's all about the perfect guest experience and creating, sharing and adding value. Hospitality, sustainability and innovation are terms I have learned a lot about in recent years. I can't wait to do my bit within EW Facility Services to contribute and start this new challenge!
