After temporary corona support EW Facility Services and Buurtzorgpension Zoetermeer put cooperation into permanent partnership
During the first corona wave in March this year, EW Facility Services supported Buurtzorgpension Zoetermeer with its cleaning services. This location had at that time been renamed a COVID-19 reception location, causing the demand for cleaning to increase significantly in a short period of time. The care facility could therefore make good use of additional cleaning services. Both parties appreciated the collaboration so much that they chose to enter into a structural collaboration. On 1 November this partner ship started.
Professional quality and hygiene, with a high dose of hospitality
Thea Terlouw, Project employee Buurtzorgpensions Nederland, chooses for hospitality, reliability and agility by contracting the facility services provider. "In March we needed immediate cleaning, because we became a COVID-19 care location. EW Facility Services was already on site the next day with two enthusiastic cleaning staff and this went beyond my expectations. We have been very satisfied with the cleaning. Good quality, pleasant communication, short lines of communication and appointments that were kept. In addition, it clicked well between the cleaning staff and our care staff. They had a good time together, not unimportantly''.
A familiar team ensures a smooth transition
EW Facility Services deploys on site employees who also worked during the first corona support at Buurtzorgpension Zoetermeer. By using these familiar faces, the facility services provider ensures a smooth transition to the new services provided by EW Facility Services. "We relieve our clients of their worries by deploying a high quality overall management and a stable group of representative cleaning staff with a high degree of pro-activity and signaling capability. This is how we now do it at Buurtzorgpension Zoetermeer", says Jeannot Peijen, Sales Manager at EW Facility Services.
Creating Hospitality
Buurtzorgpension aspires to a welcoming environment with a friendly atmosphere where guests feel welcome. There is an eye for privacy, the rooms are comfortably furnished and personal service and comfort are central to Buurtzorgpension's approach. We are therefore proud of the fact that our temporary service has been very successful and we look back on a very pleasant cooperation. Cleaning in times of Corona
Besides healthcare EW Facility Services is active in the segments Offices & Real Estate, Education, Travel, Leisure and Hotels. Peijen:" We find it very important to support care institutions in these difficult times. Unfortunately, the corona crisis means that in segments such as the Hotel and Travel cleaning staff are temporarily out of work. We educate these colleagues through training by our care specialists, training facilitated by care institutions and E-Learning modules. This enables us to respond quickly and provide support where it is most needed. For example, we also do this at the Ikazia Hospital in Rotterdam. Many of our cleaning staff found this quite exciting in the beginning, but quickly found their place. They are more combative than ever to contribute to the safety of the Netherlands".
