Hendriks Hoteldiensten, Hotel Cleaning Company and EW Facility Services join forces
Hendriks Hotel Services, Hotel Cleaning Company and EW Facility Services announce that they will continue together as one organization under the name of EW Facility Services from Monday June 15th. The company competencies, personal talents and national representation of the merger partners, strengthen the current position and ambition of EW Facility Services. Initially as a hospitality expert in hotel cleaning, the facility services provider simultaneously expresses the ambition to proportionally expand its market share in the offices & real estate, high traffic and care segment. In this way, the powerful, healthy and even distribution of turnover between the various market segments will be maintained. After this merger EW Facility Services represents 4700 employees who strive every day for the ultimate guest experience, from its core hospitality, reliability and agility.

"The merger is the result of Hendriks Hotel Services and Hotel Cleaning Company joining EW Facility Services in September 2019," said Bas Cornelissen, general manager of EW Facility Services. Hendriks Hotel Services and Hotel Cleaning Company are cleaning organizations, which have traditionally originated and expanded in the hotel segment. "On Monday we will complete this connection by definitively joining forces and continuing together as one organization. We combine the strengths of our organisations and offer clients hospitality based on local strength and entrepreneurship, a reliable, professional and modern back office and unique hotel knowledge and experience, translated into absolute operational flexibility and agility".
Short lines of communication and personal contact
Frans de Beer, founder of Hotel Cleaning Company, continues in the role of Regional Director for the South-West region. "Personal and direct contact with our clients is paramount. That was already the case and this will not change. Within EW Facility Services a Regional Director is an entrepreneur in his or her region and for clients the central contact person. In this way we keep our lines of communication short and continue to serve our clients with the same personal approach they are used to from us. We are supported by the specialists at our offices in areas such as HR, Learning & Development, Finance and ICT. In addition, it has been serving clients in the office & real estate, high traffic and care segments with sustainable and innovative facility concepts for over 10 years.
