Hotel Ons Krijtland and Herberg De Smidse go for EW Facility Services.

From 1 October 2016 EW Facility Services will be providing the bedroom and apartment cleaning, linen logistics and management for the atmospheric Ons Krijtland Hotel and Apartments and Restaurant Hotel Herberg de Smidse in Epen in South Limburg. The two locations, both owned by the same family, are situated on the fringes of the Geuldal valley, and feature hotel rooms, holiday apartments, luxury hotel apartments and a brasserie.

Flexibility and involvement
Proprietor Ruud Bessems, who is also the chairman of Heuvelland Hotels, is the third generation of this true family business. Together with his wife Monique Sienot, he takes charge of the day-to-day running of the hotel. For Ruud and Monique, continuity of quality, flexibility, involvement and good communications are essential. Ruud Bessems: “Besides our renowned Limburg hospitality, providing quality and comfort is second nature in our company. EW Facility Services has years of experience in linking cleaning and experience, and that’s why we selected them as our partner.” Monique Sienot is the initiator of the Epen Kribkes and Zomerkunstheuvelland/Voerstreek Walks. “Organising these events involves lots of different activities, so you need flexibility and involvement”, says Monique.
