Instituut Fysieke Veiligheid opts for a total experience concept

For cleaning maintenance and window cleaning, the Institute for Physical Safety (IFV) was looking for one enterprising, proactive partner for their locations in Arnhem and Zoetermeer. These locations were cleaned by two different parties. The IFV wanted to communicate more efficiently, realise a single experience concept and develop good cooperation across all locations. By choosing EW Facility Services, the organisation expects to have found the right partner for this.

On and top experience

Experience plays an important role at the IFV. It is therefore important that the new partner shares this vision. EW Facility Services has its origins in the hotel industry, where experience, representativeness and flexibility are a focus point. Interaction between guests, cleaning staff and facility services is very common for the organisation. Albert van Schooneveld, Key Account Director EW Facility Services: "We can rightly say: Hospitality is in our DNA. We are convinced of the power of hospitality. Not as a trick or a one-off action, but as the basis of good service. With the use of a Facility Host on the day, the Hospitality Improvement Program and our own experience measurements, among other things, IFV's wishes are fulfilled. "In addition, the behaviour, attitude and image of our employees within a hospitality concept are of great importance. We train our employees from our Hospitality Academy and provide representative, modern workwear and resources and materials.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Much attention is also paid to Corporate Social Responsibility. For example, opportunities are given to people with a distance to the labour market and the innovative ozone technology LotusĀ® PRO is applied. This is a cleaning system that converts tap water into stabilised ozone water. The use of the system ensures a streak-free result and less or no use of cleaning agents. Less contact with chemicals improves the safety of employees. In addition, the CO2 emissions, the necessary packaging material, and the litres of concentrated chemicals and polluted water are greatly reduced compared to the use of regular cleaning methods.

"EW Facility Services has offered a total experience concept that fits very well with the service we have in mind. We are very much looking forward to the upcoming cooperation", concludes Roy Penders, Facility Affairs and Housing Coordinator of the IFV.
