The language course is an important incentive
Friendly greeting the guests and being able to show them the way are important skills for our cleaning staff. This contributes to providing the ‘ultimate guest experience’. As an organisation, we attach great importance to mastering the Dutch language. In cooperation with TopTaal, we offer training courses to help our colleagues who do not have a sufficient command of the Dutch language, to develop this further. TopTaal entered into a dialogue with our colleague Birgit Jilesen, Manager Hospitality Academy & Quality.
TopTaal has developed readers especially for our sector, covering all relevant themes of vocational training in the sector. This helps our cleaning staff to make themselves understood by guests and employees of our clients. The training courses link appealing and recognisable themes to daily practice. This appeals to the imagination and makes it easier to learn the Dutch language. But it doesn't stop after the training. With fun assignments for on the job and at home, our colleagues can continue to work on their language skills.
